Website use
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with its security, misuse another person’s account, submit malicious code or attempt to access information that is not yours. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for having the legal capacity or permission necessary to make a purchase.
Product information and images
Read the listing before ordering. Images include AI-generated concept illustrations for design and styling and are not verified photographs of warehouse stock. They do not establish unstated dimensions, materials, included accessories, technical compatibility, performance or certification. Colors may vary between screens. Background props are not included unless expressly listed. Ask us before purchasing if a specification needed for your use is not stated.
Prices and payment
Store prices are in USD. The final price, delivery charges, discounts and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. Available payment methods are those actually presented at checkout. Displayed payment icons do not guarantee every method is available to every customer or order. We may correct a clear price or listing error, but will contact you before making a material change to an accepted order and respect applicable consumer law.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request and does not by itself establish that every item can be supplied. An order may require payment confirmation, address information or a review for error or suspected misuse. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you and arrange any refund required for the affected payment. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Changes and cancellation
Request changes promptly using your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has progressed. See our Cancellation Policy. Where a legal cancellation right applies, it is preserved.
Delivery and returns
The Shipping Policy describes preparation, carrier transit and charges. The Return Policy describes the 30-day request window, return address and refunds. Preparation and transit are separate. Planning estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates, and any rights required by law remain available.
Safe and appropriate use
Follow the instructions supplied with your actual product. Keep liquids away from electronic devices, avoid damaging cables or connectors, and stop using a device if it becomes damaged or unusually hot. Do not infer medical or ergonomic benefits from a shape or image. Our Care Guide provides general guidance and does not replace manufacturer instructions.
Intellectual property and external links
Store content, artwork and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal shopping; copying content for unauthorized commercial reuse is not permitted. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence.
